My client is an innovative company launching in early 2018.  They will be offering a next generation digital service which will enable consumers to simply all aspects of their online world. At its core is a secure portal where users can aggregate and manage private data and online interactions with retailers, social media sites, cashback, voucher sites and other.  They will then be able to interact with brands and merchants be setting up automated searches for the best deals and offers across a range of services or inviting companies to satisfy requests according to stated preferences.

It will allow users to automate and transform their commercial engagements via a single trusted provider and manage their online lives from one location.

A new Key Appointment is required for the management team.

The position is a Production Manager and it is a pivotal one as they move to their launch date in 2018.

Their aim is have a best-in-class website and app as the front end through which customers will use their services and their belief is this will be truly transformative.  The Product Manager will not just share this belief but will play a major role in making this a reality.  Working across all team members the Product Manager will be the “King Pin” of the operation – working with development, design, affiliates and finance. You will be responsible for overseeing product development, shaping the consumer offer by focusing on market positioning, competitor analysis, design, performance metrics, identification and delivery of current and future features.

The role reports direct to the CEO and is responsible for:

Shaping cross-platform product development by working with the design, UI/UX, development and marketing teams.
Identifying and prioritising key product development features.
Continuous analysis of the competitive landscape ensuring the proposition if always transformative and industry leading.
Developing a granular understanding of the target market – behaviours and valued product features.
Define, decipher and analyse KPIs and data on user behaviour (includes conversion, tracking, revenue per customer and customer satisfaction).
Manage the roadmap for short and long term product development.

Experience and Skillset required:
Degree Educated
A minimum of 5 years product management experience in launching new IOS and Android apps and websites
Demonstrable excellence in understanding of web and mobile architecture
Proven ability to take a mobile app and web product from conception to launch
Assured in optimising UX
Strong knowledge of relevant tools for A/B testing
Able to work with cross functional teams and deliver first class performance
Adept at using customer and market research data to drive product development
