Salary:£45,000 - £60,000

Our client is key player in the property sector and one of their group companies manages property developments and they need a new Manager to oversee the effect management of Student and Residential developments.

You must have good property management experience, your own car and a clean driving license – please note all travel is in work time, fully expensed and is only in the North West – mainly Manchester and Liverpool.

The key purpose of this role is to provide a high quality and refined property management service.  You will need a clear understanding of all aspects of development projects – able to run a scheme on budget, on time and able to give professional reports on progress.

You will be a brilliant communicator – both in person and in writing.  You will be able to handle discussions at all level from “Builders Banter” to “Directors Directives”!

Your expertise will ensure great working practises, good Client communication, valid reviews, good analysis and ensure key objectives are met.

You will also be able to train and led other team members and departments in good working practices.

So Key Things You will have are:
Knowledge of Property/Maintenance Sector
Working knowledge of up to date Fire, Health & Safety Regs and HMO requirements
Used to a fast-paced sales/acquisitions environment
Experienced with CRM software
Effective written skills
Superb communication skills
Demonstrable track record of managing multi-projects
Detail focused and accurate
Financially and Commercially aware
Able to deliver to deadline
Strong relationship developer
